EVENT DESCRIPTION
QT2 Banded Group Simulation TH Over/Unders
This workout is designed to mimic the different personalities that make up a group ride. Following a variable warm up, riders are exposed to a 'punchy' 15 minutes of constant sprints and rests, where they must be responsive to the constant sudden changes in intensity. A short reprieve is followed by a long sub-TH (QT2 Z3) interval, mimicking settling in at a high effort level. Another short reprieve gives way to an extended supra-TH effort, where riders must be responsive to an ever-ratcheting of the pace/intensity.
