EVENT DESCRIPTION
We continue to focus on improving efficiency through cadence work with a special workout for pedaling mechanics and basic skills. During the 10-minute free ride we will complete a set of single leg pedaling drills to improve capacity in putting power through the entire pedal stroke instead of just the push and pull phases. For the remaining part of the workout we will continue with cadence and neuromuscular conditioning.
