EVENT DESCRIPTION
TN Multisports Tri Thursday Brick Workout: Ride

Join Ann during her workouts in preparation for various summer triathlons. The weekly workouts will have lots of different intervals. There will be a little of everything in these sessions.
The goal of these workouts is to get work done plus have social interaction! Get your questions ready.

This workout is followed by a transition/brick run.

About Ann Sloan:

Ann has been an avid triathlete for over 12 years and coaches with TN Multisports, Seattle based Tri team. She is a passionate athlete who is always expanding her knowledge about triathlon. Loves to chat with others about the sport. She has completed 19 half ironman distances and 9 full distances so far in her athletic career. She is a certified Kettlebell instructor, USAT Level 1 coach, Road Runners Club of America coach. She earned All World Athlete status from Ironman for 2017 and 2018.
