Get ready to get into shape this holiday season with the CTS Fall Performance Training Camp. This 17 day, 8 stage workout program is designed by our friends at CTS to simulate a stage race. Each day will offer different challenges just as a multi-day event would.
These workouts were designed by Colin Izzard, a CTS Premier Coach and USA Cycling Level 1 Coach, with more than 15 years experience coaching athletes at all levels from novices to ProTour cyclists. Colin is also the General Manager of the CTS Brevard Training Center and runs training camps throughout the year in North Carolina.
The camp will run every day except December 2 (WBR Zwift-A-Thon) with each stage running for two days with four time slots per day - two AM slots & two PM slots (North American time zones). Check back as we will continue to update the schedule with subsequent stages.
