Ride like a pro in the Giro d’Italia TT Challenge!

One of cycling’s three Grand Tours, the Giro d’Italia is a prestigious multi-stage pro cycling race that runs for three weeks each year in May and June. We’re giving the entire Zwift community a taste of what the pros will race in the 102nd Giro d’Italia.

We’ve created a whole new world based on Stage One of the event, the individual time trial. Ride all 8.3km of the Bologna-to-San Luca route replicated in a stunning game environment. See the Piazza Maggiore. The Porta San Felice. The Arco Del Meloncello and beyond. All the wonders of the first leg of the 2019 Giro d’Italia are yours to see.

Race the event-only course alongside friends and earn awesome in-game rewards along the way. 


Yes. You’ll be racing alongside the Zwift community in our brand new Giro d’Italia course. See how you stack up against some of the fastest Zwifters around as you ramp it up all the way to the finish line.


Finish the event, and you’ll unlock a unique in-game Giro d’Italia cycling cap and pair of socks.

It’s a UCI World Tour event, which means competing teams are typically UCI ProTeams, with the exception of those the organizers invite.
