Pride On

June is LGBTQ Pride Month. To celebrate, we’re rolling out the rainbow carpet for all. Our weekly rides and runs on Tuesdays all month long are going to be a party. All are welcome on these events hosted by members, friends, and allies of the LGBTQ community.

Pride On rides will be at a social pace, so you can chat and commune with fellow Zwifters. And be sure to share some Pride Ons. These rainbow Ride Ons are exclusive to these events.

Pride On runs will be workouts. So cue some high-tempo tunes, so you’re ready to go. And get ready to make it rain Pride Ons. These rainbow Ride Ons are exclusive to these events.

In addition to the Tuesday rides and runs, we'll have a special ride on June 28th to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and on June 30th to coincide with NYC WorldPride, both on our New York course!

Not even close. Pride On is about fun, diversity, and community. Everyone is welcome in Watopia. Athletes of all stripes, orientations, and VO2 maxes congregate here to get active and push one another to become their best selves, regardless of how they identify.

We like to think we celebrate this every day. On Tuesdays during June, we’re acknowledging that our diversity is a strength that transcends watts/kilogram. And that strength deserves loads of fun rides and runs.

Complete a single Pride On ride to unlock the cycling kit. Finish a Pride On run to unlock the tech-T. After that, you can fly the Pride On flag whenever you like.

We're putting our money behind your Pride Ons and making a $20,000 donation to Athlete Ally.

The non-profit educates athletic communities at all levels — governing bodies, teams, and individuals — to understand obstacles to inclusion for LGBTQ people in sports. Athlete Ally also offers guidance on building inclusive communities, teams, and organizations.

If we hit 5,000 Pride Ons, Zwift we’ll contribute an additional $5,000. And we encourage those who are feeling the love to share a few dollars with this great non-profit.

Rides and runs will take place on the Tick Tock route, a clockwise loop covering Fuego Flats and portions of Ocean Boulevard. Part of Zwift’s fabulous, Fuego Flats desert expansion, this route has minimal elevation change. The punchiest of punchy bits couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. But, if you must know, you can find the elevation changes heading in and out of Fuego Flats, as well as the entrance and exit to the Ocean Tunnel.

Note that more runs are being added.
