This fully coached BaseCamp workout kicks off with a 10-minute warmup and quick openers, then dives into a dynamic session of aerobic base building with 4 x 4-minute increasing cadence aerobic power ramp intervals and ending with 10 minutes of Tempo to continue building muscular endurance.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Warm up 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the workout. Remember, your indoor FTP is often lower than your outdoor FTP, so make sure your numbers have been dialed in with a Zwift FTP test. Then settle in, listen for your coaches, and get ready to work.
