EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Pedal Racing Training Ride (PRTR) is modeled after a periodized training plan that peaks in May. The rides target riders with an FTP in the 2.5+ W/kg range. The leader will guide riders through intervals and recoveries during the main laps. Please regroup during the recovery periods! We typically have at least one all-out RACE LAP, and the timed results are reported to zwiftpower.com.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
