SZR SCT Aktivitus Workouts

The purpose of this WO is development of capacity (VO2max) and anaerobic resilience.

Increased maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) gives you the ‘engine’ to possibly increase aerobic output, even over longer distances and durations.

The first set of WOs in this series includes blocks to improve anaerobic resilience to prepare to better carry out later sessions in Z5 (Red zone)/VO2max development.

Please note that it is important to have your FTP correctly set in Zwift.

For more aerobic developed persons (More endurance oriented, less explosive), this WOs will be good for you! However, you might find them extremely hard with your set FTP. To get through the first sessions, lower your FTP setting in Zwift with about 5%.
