Come and join us in our weekly Le Col Sessions Workouts . Ride alongside people from all over the world. Starting out at 1-2W/kg, The Le Col Sessions Workouts are all about building fitness together. Led and designed by Chris Opie, these sessions are guaranteed to get your heart pounding and your legs burning.

This session is an ideal start of the day pre breakfast style ride. It's not too intense, but you'll know you have completed it. Aiming at increasing your efficiency on the bike with self selected cadence goal it is comfortable for everyone to complete. Predominantly riding at zone 3 this is a good session to help improve your smooth pedaling and great for aerobic fitness gains.
