Welcome to the weekly Le Col Workout Sessions Weekend Tune Up led by ex-professional cyclist Chris Opie.

This session is two ramps from easy to hard. With a few minutes recovery between both. This is one of our favourite pre weekend tune ups. Cadence is self selected but follow the chat on the ride to see any extra tips.

These Friday sessions are all about setting you up for the weekend! They're designed to activate your mind and body ahead of bigger and tougher sessions over the weekend.

You could complete these in a fasted state, pre breakfast for the ultimate fat burn if you want, or simply enjoy them as a weekend warm up!
