Ready to ride like a Norse god? Time to prove it. It’s not your typical race—not just anybody can do it. This is a no-nonsense, extreme triathlon that chews people up and leaves them in the cold.

Say hello to a group ride workout that aims to build your climbing strength. It’s sure to put you through the wringer, breaking you down before building you back up into tip-top, race-ready shape. And you’ll love every step of the way.

How Do Group Workouts on Zwift Work?
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event, but once the event starts, workout mode begins.

Everyone stays together regardless of power output. Doesn’t matter if you're outputting 100 watts and another Zwifter is outputting 400 watts, you’ll both stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. This rubber-banding effect only ends if you stop pedaling and fall six meters behind the group.

We highly recommend taking a test to determine your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) as the game’s estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the workout’s difficulty level too high for your current fitness level.
