EVENT DESCRIPTION
PACK Next Step is a progressive run that builds from the foundation set in the PACK Beginners and Tuesday Social events. The aim is to get comfortable with being uncomfortable for sustained distances. This is an endurance session and should be a challenging as you progress throughout the workout; but you should never feel like it's an all out effort until the last few kilometers.

There are 4 groups to chose from:
Group A: 13kph to 14.2kph (8.1mph to 8.8mph)
Group B: 11kph to 12.2kph (6.8mph to 7.6mph)
Group C: 10kph to 11.2kph (6.3mph to 7.0mph)
Group D: 7.6kph to 9kph (4.7mph to 5.6mph)

Each group has a fixed pace and distance that is NOT based on your personal settings. Therefore, simply choose the closest pace group for the desired workout you would like to achieve. Try to stick to the workout to create a supportive, group atmosphere. If you want to increase or decrease the workout difficulty, that is your decision, but please make your intentions known so others can decide to join or not.

So put PACK in your name, get your black or orange short and shorts on, and let's tackle those hills!
