EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Coach Julie McKenzie of Peaks Coaching Group in her latest workout series entitled “Don’t Ignore Your Endurance Work!”

With Zwift Racing League, Zwift Academy, WTRL TTT and other great programs delivering up more intensity, this series allows us to balance out the training week by feeding our Zone 2/3 Endurance base, with more focus on Ask a Coach Q&A and social interaction!
In workout mode we will be able to achieve our own individual endurance watt targets while staying together as an inspiring group. Think of it as a fun group ride but able to ride your own pace. This could also fit into volume-based training by adding a TTT at Sweet Spot, before, or even following, this workout!

New to the Series: Optional Zoom if you’d like to join the chats on audio and/or video, your choice! Coach will also interact with Zwift Companion texting as usual!
