Inspired by the new METASPEED™ SKY racing shoe, Asics and Zwift are partnering to help you boost your running performance through second-to-none treadmill workouts crafted by four of the world’s top pro athletes.

Triathlete Kristian Blummenfelt, long-distance runner and triathlete Beth Potter, middle- and long-distance runner Eilish McColgan, and triathlete Henri Schoeman provided their favorite workouts. You can find them on the workout calendar from June 20 to July 15. Grind it out to build some seriously impressive gains that’ll have you showing up to race day ready to chase down a new personal best. Each athlete will lead one of their designed workouts: keep your eyes peeled for the Special Guest tag on event headers.

Kristian Blummenfelt (Norway)
Workouts Available June 20–25

Kristian Blummenfelt began competing in triathlon in 2008, joining the Norwegian national team in 2009, his eyes set on an Olympic Gold Medal. Kristian achieved multiple podium finishes in the World Triathlon Series in 2017 and has continued to win ever since. 2021 saw Blummenfelt win gold at the Tokyo Olympic Games, then take the 2021 World Triathlon Champion title, and finally win the 2021 World Triathlon Championship Finals in Edmonton. If those accolades weren’t enough, Kristian took first place in the 2022 IRONMAN World Championships in St. George, Utah.

Beth Potter (UK)
Workouts Available June 26–30

Since her first competition in 2004, Beth Potter has witnessed considerable success as a runner, including competing at the Rio Olympic Games and winning the 10,000m at the British trials in 2017. That same year, Potter announced that she would transition from track running to triathlon, her eyes set upon the 2020 Olympic Games. Successes came one after another in 2017, with a first-place finish in the Cardiff Triathlon and a third-place finish at the Blenheim Palace Triathlon. Potter has also competed in the Super League Triathlon Championship Series, taking home the win in London and second place in Rotterdam in 2021. Not content to claim only IRL victories, she was crowned the first esports Triathlon World Champion at the Arena Games Triathlon Grand Final in Singapore.

Eilish McColgan (UK)
Workouts Available July 1–8

Eilish McColgan comes from an impressive sporting pedigree, with a pair of pro-athlete parents. She has impressive accolades herself, debuting with the senior Great Britain team at the 2011 European Team Championships in Sweden. In June 2012, she beat the Olympic qualification standard for the 3,000m steeplechase, sending her off to her first Olympic Games. Her second Olympic Games came in 2016, where she’d qualified for the women’s 5,000m final. Since 2021, she has broken multiple records, including the British 5K, European 10 miles, and in 2022, the British half-marathon record by 21 seconds.

Henri Schoeman (South Africa)
Workouts Available July 9–15

Born into a sporting family, Henri Schoeman was bound to follow in their footsteps. The athlete found his calling in triathlon. In his home country of South Africa, he took home a number of Under-19 titles, breaking into the elite men’s group in 2013. By 2014, he’d picked up the African champion title and gold at the Tongyeong World Cup. A bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games and first-place finishes in both the 2016 ITU World Triathlon Series Grand Final and 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast followed.
