3. The Volcano

Push your max aerobic ability with some focused work on your VO2 power. The goal is to accumulate around 8-10 minutes at an intensity similar to the Volcano KOM from your Baseline Ride. This workout will help you maintain high aerobic power with high VO2 stimulus, but with micro-rests that allow you to maintain the intensity.
