Welcome to the Zwift Women’s Training Club!

Zwift Academy is back and the ZWTC is proud to host group workout sessions for you to tackle these tough sessions with friends! Zwift Academy is Zwift's premier talent identification program. It is designed to push your limits and test your abilities to see if you have what it takes to go pro!

These workouts are quite challenging and longer in duration, so if you prefer a workout more in line with the usual ZWTC weekly sessions, no problem! We've added a B subgroup with some fresh new workouts you'll love, with a bit less intensity. Please note that completing the B subgroup will NOT give you progress towards Zwift Academy completion. If you are aiming to graduate from Zwift Academy, you must select subgroup A.

ZWTC is your community for fun and fitness. Our weekly workouts will take you through some of Zwift’s most popular training plans, and with the flexibility to join in any time, regardless of where we are in the plan! Get the most out of your Zwifting with training designed by world-class coaches, like 3x Olympic Gold medalist, Kristin Armstrong!

The group workouts will be held every 3 hours UTC on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We’ll also offer recovery rides every 3 hours on Wednesdays - be on the look out for special guests joining those! Our main goal is to provide you with a consistent experience week in and week out, to challenge yourself in a supportive group setting, making friends and getting fit along the way!
