EVENT DESCRIPTION
The original Zwift Group Run now with 10km, 8km, and 5km distances. All runners are welcome and have the option to either run with one of the groups or at their own pace over their preferred distance. This run also includes Zwift's pacer-bots which will set a steady pace at the speed prescribed for each subgroup.

Group B Will be a group workout this week, it is a 10km progressive run starting at 12kph (7.5mph) for 3km and then an increase of 0.2 kph (approx 0.1mph) every km so we are running at 13.4kph (8.3mph) when we go through 9km. The last 0.5km (0.3miles) is a 'fun' sprint at whatever pace you (or your treadmill) can handle.

Group C Will be a group workout this week, it is a 8km progressive run starting at 9kph (5.6mph) for 2km and then an increase of 0.2 kph (approx 0.1mph) every km so we are running at 10.2kph (6.3mph) when we go through 7km. The last 0.5km (0.3miles) is a 'fun' sprint at whatever pace you like.

Group D is a 5km steady effort. We will have a leader running at 9kph (5.6mph) who will offer encouragement throughout the run. We will also have a pacebot (automated leader) moving at 7.2kph (4.5mph). The hope is that the pacebot will act as a focal point for runners who find this pace more appropriate to their current level of running'. Any runners grouped around the pacebot will be able to chat with others in group D via the message system and will receive the words of encouragement from the leader.
