Cześć!

Tu Konrad i Michał z ekipy Śląsk Kolarsko.

ENGLISH

Hi Ladies & Gentlemen!

This is Konrad and Michał from Śląsk Kolarsko cycling team. We are more than happy to invite you for a collective training in order to get you prepared for 2019 season. This is winter continuation of 'Slaskie Krecenie' - weekly organized 'outdoor' training sessions. From now on we will meet weekly (Friday, 7PM) for HIIT sessions. We would strongly suggest to get your FTP test done before you join our training to make sure our workout sessions are adjusted to your own fitness level. There are 2 rules which we would like you to be familiar with:
- Respect leader's instructions and commands at all time.
- Instructions will be available only in Polish language.

"Polish Cycling with Slask Kolarsko" - let's get together for a collective ride. You will find additional details in the description of the event. Please note: this is not a race/competition. At our meetings we always welcome a family-cycling atmosphere. If you keep on smiling with positive attitude throughout the session it will only make us all happy!

Slask Kolarsko as the main event organizer cannot be responsible for random incidents such as: upset neighbors due to noise coming from your smart trainer, sweat on the floor and muscle pain. On the other hand we can guarantee joyful rides and strong legs in order to prepare you for the beginning of 2019 season.

ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS

Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.

HELPFUL HINT

We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
