이 이벤트의 요건은 다음과 같습니다.

This Spring The Herd Racing League is presenting their first masters race! This is your chance to
compare yourself to riders that are the same age. It doesn’t matter if you have passed the spring
chicken stage only recently or a little longer ago, this is a race for you.
No Spring Chickens is a mass start race where all riders start in Pen E. After all riders have passed the
finish line the results on Zwiftpower will be divided in five year increments following the standard
UCI age groups. A: under 34, B: 35-39, C: 40-44, D: 45-49, E: 50-54, F: 55-59, G: 60-64, H: 65-69 and
so on.
Series schedule:
22-24 March: Makuri 40, Makuri Islands (1 lap/40.2km/306m), scratch race
29-31 March: Casse Pattes, France (custom finish/43.1km/310m), scratch race
5-7 April: Sugar Cookie, Watopia (1 lap/39.0km/250m), points race FAL/FIN
12-14 April: Libby Hill Afterparty (1 laps/33.2km/118m), point race FTS/FIN
Race rules:
1. Powerups for all races: Aero, Draft and Feather.
2. No TT Bikes.
3. Steering is enabled.
4. Smarttrainer or powermeter required.
5. Heart rate monitor required.
6. No indoor bikes without controlled resistance (cadence=power).
7. Participants must be registered on zwiftpower.com to be included in the results.
8. For podium finishers in all age groups: Elite level performances above the limits stated below
must be supported by dual power recordings uploaded to Zwiftpower
○ Men: above 5w/kg or 375w for 20min / 6w/kg or 475w for 5min / 9w/kg for 1min.
○ Women: above 4.5w/kg or 280w for 20min / 5.5w/kg or 350w for 5min / 7.5w/kg for
1min.
9. For podium finishers in all age groups: Zwift activities must be saved PUBLIC for verification.
