EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join KX3's weekly women's ride for a game changing, challenging, and fun structured workout developed by KX3 Coach, 3-time Olympic gold medalist, Kristin Armstrong. KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching’s weekly women’s group ride is for all levels, our rides are based off of your FTP so we all work at our own level while sticking together! Tips and tricks around all things Zwift through community members and coaches who drop in from time to time will also improve your game. Whether you are new to cycling or looking to take your riding to the next level, each unique 50-60minute ride is designed to help you develop and improve upon aerobic fitness, cycling specific strength, and fuel efficiencies, all while having FUN and learning about all things Zwift!

The name KX3 is a tribute to Kristin and her three gold medals won in the women’s individual time trial in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympic Games. Learn more and follow KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching on IG or join our private Facebook group and join in the conversation.

Looking for additional training guidance? Our KX3 coaching plans on TrainingPeaks allow you to define your desired outcomes, choose a program specific to training 100% indoors on Zwift, entirely outdoors if your seasonal weather permits, or a hybrid of both. From there, our blueprint will help you manage and follow a phased, purposeful progression through the KX3 Coaching System, and you can track your progress along the way. Visit KX3 on TrainingPeaks to learn more.

Power Pyramid
Pyramid Rides are great for training riders to work with increasing intensity and then utilizing diligence and control in their legs as they head back down to maintain working as close to the target percent as possible. As riders work up the pyramid from 100% to 151% the intervals get shorter with rest times matching Wthe previous work interval so riders have a fair chance to somewhat catch their breath.
