EVENT DESCRIPTION
Riiiide with 4iiii Innovations women coaches exploring strategies to maximize your power output on varying terrain and have fun as a cohesive peloton. We will roll out at 1.5w/kg gradually increasing up to a steady 2-3 w/kg, keeping the group together. 4iiii coaches Joy, Robin, Sarah and Suz will introduce the ride focus during the warm-up each week and will have an optional sprint to the finish-line! Carry your motivation over from Zwift Academy building fitness and strategies to better understanding your strengths and weaknesses as a cyclist.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
