DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
OFF-SEASON TRAINING RIDE FOR MASTERS RACERS AND OTHERS (recommended for "B" or "C" level Zwifters): 3 Laps of Watopia Forward Flat course or 5 London flat laps through the S/F banner. It is a group ride with a finishing kicker. We will warm-up at 2.4 w/kg max for the 1st 3-4k, then we will increase the pace by 0.2w/kg every 3-5 k. We will try to regroup after the 1st 2 sprints. Riders will be encouraged to hang on to the ever-increasing pace as long as they can - or to come back next week to try to hang on longer. Riders will be encouraged to hit their max watts and "go for the win" over the final 3k. We estimate the average (B) or (C) rider will complete this ride in 44-47 minutes. No race results will be posted, but bragging rights and trash talk is allowed!
