EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Donny Chain gang Heads to the Virtual world Led By Russ Downing @Downingcycling.
This is not a race but I’m sure it may turn into one.
Lets roll out together at a steady pace for 5km keeping everyone together. Max 2.5w/kg.
Staying around the yellow beacon/leader for the first 5km.
Like the neutral zone in a RACE ...
Do not pass the yellow neutral Car RUSS THE BEACON DOWNING ...
Then the Flag Drops:
-We're off
-Through and off
-Chain Ganging
-Looking after each other
-Gettingitdone
Still trying to keep people in the group for as long as possible
Listen to instructions to re-group after climbs please.
If the Pace gets too hot don’t panic - find your group and ride on.
Make friends not enemies
