EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
Join Ann during her workouts in preparation for various triathlons or to build solid fitness. This is a Zone 2 workout – 75% of FTP will be the over all intensity. Join this workout to build your aerobic engine.
The goal of these workouts is to get work done plus have social interaction! Get your questions ready.

Ann has been an avid triathlete for over 12 years and coaches with TN Multisports, Seattle based Tri team. She is a passionate athlete who is always expanding her knowledge about triathlon. Loves to chat with others about the sport. She has completed more than20 half ironman distances and looks to complete her 12th full distances this year. She is a certified Kettlebell instructor, USAT Level 1 coach, Road Runners Club of America coach. She earned All World Athlete status from Ironman for the last 3 years.
