The ZHCC Friday Workout series is perfect for riders who are new to structured training. We will build your fitness over the series with a great variety of workouts, setting you up for your best year of riding in 2020. One or two hard workouts a week are the perfect way to complement your social rides with ZHCC!
ZHCC Friday Workouts are brought to you by ZHCC[,Holmfirth Cycling Club] and Espresso Performance Coaching (@espresso_coach). They are designed and led by Association of British Cycling Coaches Level 3 Coach, Chris Taylor. Espresso Performance Coaching works with athletes of all levels to help them reach their performance goals in cycling, running and multisports. As an active duathlete, cyclist and runner, Chris has represented Australia at the ITU Age Group Long Distance Duathlon World Championships and won the Brutal Extreme Duathlon in 2018.
