Join CCNS coaches and athletes for a progressive winter training program.
Full-time professional coaches Aidan Charles, Vivien Rindisbacher and
Hunter Pronovost of Charles Coaching and Nutrition Services will lead 60
min training rides. Rides are mix of tempo and threshold intervals with
steady-state efforts, designed to improve your aerobic base ahead of the
2020 season.
