Come and join the phenomenal women at Her Spirit on our Autumn/Winter Tour De Her Spirit rides, you can ride the route at your pace and chat to the friendly community. Her Spirit is aiming to encourage 1 million women to become fitter, stronger and healthier together. You can join now for FREE at HerSpirit.co.uk. The rides are led by Helen Jenkins, 2 times world Triathlon Champion, Olympian and Level 2 British Triathlon Coach and Sharon Leeming, Her Spirit Coach and British Triathlon Group Coach.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
