Although Geraint started his racing career on the track, the 2018 Tour de France winner knows all about climbing. Take a page from his book with his 45-minute workout designed to help you improve your muscular endurance, so you can respond strongly to hard surges and ascend with speed.
Anna van der Breggen - Fun is Staying Cool
Anna is a renaissance woman when it comes to racing her bike. She’s spent her career clocking wins in both one-day events as well as stage races. Staying calm under pressure is critical to her success.
