EVENT DESCRIPTION
Today's workout comes to us from Team Jumbo-Visma and will sting a bit! The good news? It is the type of workout that increases a rider's threshold. VO2 efforts sit within Zone 5, which is the zone that impacts aerobic capacity. Today we will power through six two-minute efforts that keep you in this zone. Professional road racer and cyclocross World Champion Wout van Aert is the inspiration for this workout.
