EVENT DESCRIPTION
WELCOME TO ALL RUNNERS!
Join our “Team Italy Muscle Wakeup“! WELCOME TO ALL RUNNERS! Take part in the "Team Italy Muscle Wakeup" with our Leader Silvia who will lead you in these 45 minutes of running to awaken the muscles and prepare them in the best possible way for the weekend's activities / races. An excellent training to improve muscle oxygenation and your fitness level. The focus of the race is to stay in a group with the Leader and have fun. The pace will be between 6'00" and 5'30" min/km (10 and 11 kp/h). The Running Division of Team Italy is a new reality that is added to the already more acclaimed Bike Division. It was born from the passion between two runner friends, zwift users, and boss of Team, which we thanks. So, we hope you enjoy with us. Questa è la “Team Italy Muscle Wakeup“! BENVENUTI A TUTTI I RUNNERS! Partecipate alla "Team Italy Muscle Wakeup" con la nostra Leader Silvia che vi accompagnerà in questi 45 minuti di corsa per risvegliare la muscolatura e prepararla al meglio per le attività/gare del weekend. Un ottimo allenamento per migliorare l’ossigenazione dei muscoli ed il proprio livello di fitness. Focus della corsa è restare in gruppo con il Leader e divertirsi. Il passo sarà compreso tra 6'00" and 5'30" min/km (10 and 11 km/h). La Divisione Running del Team Italy è una recente realtà aggiunta alla già acclamata divisione Cycling. Nata dalla passione di due amici runners, utenti Zwift, ed il Boss del Team Italy, che ringraziamo. Grazie anche a voi, ed alla vostra passione questa realtà sta crescendo e divenendo sempre più attiva.
