Group Workout
Introducing the Squadra Castelli workout series for 2024.

If you are training for long-distance events such as a sportive or granfondo, this is the perfect group for you! We focus on endurance training, perfect for events such as L’Etape du Tour, Maratona dles Dolomiti, or the UCI Gran Fondos. Join us and get the support you need for your upcoming endurance challenge!

Kicking off 2024 we have a 12-week plan, using the L’Etape du Tour training plan plus ad-hoc weekend workouts.

Each week we complete two mid-week workouts, Monday and Wednesday at 17:45 GMT. These are supplemented with a long weekend workout each Saturday at 09:25 GMT.

Complete the ride to unlock one of several Castelli kits.

Monday: Descending Tempo #1 (55 minutes, 57 stress points) a new window

The plan is suitable for all fitness levels and you can jump in at any point. Before beginning, we strongly recommend performing an FTP test to set your fitness baseline.
