Join NVDM Coaching for a challenging 75 min session every Thursday morning at 6am Central. Each workout includes a quick warm up and cool down. These workouts are created with the triathlete in mind. Thursday workouts will be general endurance work with a focus on technique and skill development. This workout will perfectly compliment the harder Tuesday cycling session that we offer.
