EVENT DESCRIPTION
Ride bikes, have fun, feel good
The Australia/New Zealand Trek group ride is led most weeks by The Mink, Sharron Yaxley – the first female globally to 100,000 km, 200,000 km, 100,000 miles and 1 million metres ascent. We have special guest leaders intermittently.
There are three optional sprints along the London Classique course.
The fence is used but is turned off for the sprints.
We ride for 40 minutes and when you finish you get to keep the Trek Segafredo training jersey.
The pace – the event average will be between 29-32 kmh. We do not talk of watts/kg.
So please join us – ride your bike, have some fun, and feel good!
