Community Workout Series
This Fall, we’re spotlighting some of the best community-created workouts on Zwift. Each featured session already has a loyal following—now we’re giving them a full day in the spotlight. Join in, discover something new, and train with some of the most passionate clubs on Zwift.
Over-under intervals moving from sweet spot to threshold and to VO2 Max. Five blocks with constantly changing targets. This workout has everything we love during our Wednesday rides, and we cannot wait to share this with the wider Zwift community! Let’s make this fun while taking all the benefits and gains.
ZWIFT WORKOUTS
We have two rides scheduled each week on Wednesdays: 6:05 am EST (with ride leader) and 6:45 pm EST (without ride leader).

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
