EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the RO4H Sunday Social Spin!
The RO4H Sunday Social Spin is a friendly, supportive group ride hosted by the Ride On 4 Health community. We aim to create a casual, respectful atmosphere that welcomes everyone—from seasoned Zwifters to first‑time group ride participants.
Pace & Expectations
Our overall average pace is typically 18–20 MPH (28–32 KPH). Terrain will naturally influence speed:
- Flats may run slightly faster within the peloton
- Climbs will remain sub‑2 W/kg
- Routes are usually flat, and we strive to be a no‑drop ride
This pace is recovery for some and a solid effort for others, so riders should be prepared to meet the average and stay with the leader’s peloton to enjoy the draft. This is a social ride, not a race—we don’t chase flyers, and flyers are free to fly.
Sweep Support
Sweepers are on hand to help anyone who drifts off the back. Their goal is to ensure no one rides alone unless they prefer to. They may help riders bridge back to the peloton or form a second pace group for a more comfortable experience.
Join the Fun
Come along for the RO4H Sunday Social Spin—you’ll likely break a sweat, hear a few dad jokes, and definitely have some fun. Welcome to the RO4H family!
