EVENT DESCRIPTION
Start your running week with a group run hosted by the Zwift Runners Facebook group. The idea of these runs is to stay together and share the collective experience just like a group club run in real life. Please choose the best group for the effort level you want to run at.

As usual, we will be using the workout mode so that it is clear what paces you need to run at throughout. This however is mainy a steady run but with some paces changes for variety.

Groups A and B will run together as will groups C & D. After a progressive easy pace warm up, we will run at a steady pace that increases about every 10 minutes. To simulate a few hills we do four strides during the course of the run. A/B group will generally run between 12.0-13.0 kph/7.5-8.1 mph and C/D group between 9.5-10.5 kph/5.9/6.5 mph with the strides at 15 and 12 kph respectively.

We hope to have leaders for each group to text instructions and encouragement as we go but, if not, just the follow workout plan on the Zwift screen.
