EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our Bike4Chai Zwift group ride. It is cold outside this time of year, so lets meet up and ride on Zwift! Join us for about an hour of Zwifting for the posted lap count to show support and prepare for our annual 180 mile real world charity ride.
This ride will focus on group drafting skills at an even smooth pace ranging from 1.5-2.5 w/kg. It's not a race or competition so let's do our best to ride in a group. Stronger riders please ride at the front of the peloton to help create a draft for the rest of the group, trust me you'll feel the difference. When there is group leader with a beacon please follow the drills and instructions for the benefit of the group. If there is no leader please roll out slowly, group up and keep pace together. Please add (B4C) after your name for this ride.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
