This week’s guest is Leah Dixon.

Leah Dixon, Welsh, is in her first professional season riding for Team Tibco Silicon Valley Bank. Leah only started cycling in 2016 having previously struggled with injuries while competing in athletics. Despite Leah juggling her cycling career with her role as a procurement manager, Leah has had some impressive results. Most recently, Leah won the first 2020 ŠKODA V-Women’s Tour and last year she took 2nd Overall in the 2019 UK National Series whilst racing for Brother UK-Tifosi p/b OnForm.

Lexi Brown is a British rider who currently races for Cycle Capital Team Noord Holland. Based in Amsterdam, Lexi works full-time for adidas whilst also volunteering for The Cyclists’ Alliance supporting on administration and communications projects. Lexi’s last race in 2020 was the Atlas Mountain race, her first foray into ultra-endurance racing which was an unforgettable experience. Despite races being cancelled/postponed this year Lexi has been racing on Zwift for her eSports team; Wahoo Le Col.

Interesting fact: Leah and Lexi first crossed paths at the Regional championship in Amsterdam and then would meet again at the inaugural British Cycling e-racing Championships in 2018.
