There are three ways to get faster on the bike- Get Stronger, Become more Aerodynamic, Get lighter! For those of us looking to shave a few pounds (lighter and more aerodynamic) going into the winter season, Join in for a unique event on The Epic KOM - DIRToberfest Climbing Challenge!
We’ll weigh in, climb The Epic KOM, lose some weight and climb The Epic KOM again in 4 weeks! Let climbing be your motivation and see how much time you can shave!
