SESSION FOCUS

The focus of this session is on building muscular endurance, or your ability to generate high forces for long periods. This session is designed to involve repeated periods of high force production in the L3-L4 training zones. These sessions generate specific strength adaptations for long-distance triathlon.

WARM-UP

10 min easy build + 1min
PREP SET:
5x 30sec at 90% + 30sec easy

MAIN SET
5x6min at L3b decending cadence 65/60/55!
2min recovery between sets.

Tu dois terminer quelques sorties vélo avant de pouvoir participer à ta première compétition avec score de course. Lorsque nous aurons plus de données, nous serons en mesure de te recommander le groupe qui te correspondra le mieux pour te mesurer aux autres.
