EVENT DESCRIPTION
3R Sundown Race Series – Race 1 of 6 - Zone1
In support of the brand new exclusive ladies series, 3R bring you the Sundowner Series. This series will feature the same courses and distances as the ladies ‘Crank It Up’ series but with slightly different timezones.
One important new feature in this one is that we are now splitting the A & A+ category racers. We have allowed access to the E pen and this will be exclusive to A+ riders! - like Crank It Up this series will be GC based so whilst each stage will have its winner, the overall winner in the GC will be the rider who has the fastest cumulative time across all stages.
Rules
Points will only count in the Zone and category they were won in.
Racers who are upgraded in the series will leave points won post upgrade in the category that they won them in.
There are no PU’s in this race series.
A racer that exceeds the category limits by enough to trigger a WKG DQ will not win any points.
All racers without HRM’s, using Zpower, racing in the wrong category and exceeding category limits in excess of the Zwiftpower allowance will be automatically removed from the race results.
A racer can appeal against a HRM DQ, 1 provided they have a history of racing with one, 2 set no new personal best power increases on Zwiftpower, this can be done in the comments section on Zwiftpower for the race in question.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any racer who is racing unrealistically, fails to supply any requested data, who is abusive or unsporting in there behaviour in the race.
