Join Slowtwitch on our annual 100/100 Challenge support runs. The 100/100 Challenge is here to help build run frequency and fitness over the winter. The goal is simple: 100 runs of at least 3 miles or 30 minutes in length in 100 days. These group runs are help you check the box on yet another run and get you on your way to your goal.
