GXY ORBIT [1.7-2.1 WKG] CAT D
Group Ride
event-snapshot
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to GXY ORBIT the ride with a twin space shuttle beacon theme!
A 60 minute test flight with two shuttles (beacons) flying separate and at different power/speed to each other.
We take off together, building engine temperature, the force field (fence) will be in place to maintain streamlined
flight aerodynamics. No early afterburner tests required here, or you will feel the wrath of hyperspace!
After the engine warm up period, the lead shuttle (yellow beacon) will open the throttles and leave the rear shuttle
(red beacon) in its space dust. The red shuttle will continue to operate on low burners for now.
Two flight groups will be formed at different power levels as directed by the lead shuttle (yellow beacon).
We may encounter space junk and must utilise counter measures to evade collisions (engage power surges)
Our re-entry back to Earth may also need further power adjustments to breakthrough the Earth's atmosphere on our
way to a safe and steady landing.
Just saddle up, hold on and stay focused throughout. What is for certain, is that this ride has a completely different
style and vibe.
Please take a break from the norm and join us with our ORBIT around the Earth with fun, banter and an achievable
zonal workout to suit your needs.
GXY are a friendly and supportive club who strive to help others succeed. We are looking forward to riding with
you.
