EVENT DESCRIPTION
From our ever-popular 30 Minutes to Burn folder, today we have a workout called Sevens. This type of workout is great for stimulating your VO2 max, or the maximum rate your body can use oxygen. Improving your body’s ability to utilize oxygen will help with a myriad of things, but most importantly, it will increase your aerobic ceiling and increase your ability to generate higher power for 3-8 minutes.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
