EVENT DESCRIPTION
Sweet Tussle is designed to boost your endurance with a series of undulating intervals. You'll tackle three distinct interval blocks separated by periods of active recovery. The final block will have you nudging threshold to help you unlock new levels of fitness. It’s a workout that’s both challenging and rewarding - a true 'sweet tussle' for the legs and lungs!
