EVENT DESCRIPTION
These rides consist of intervals ranging from 3 seconds to 30 minutes in the 3.5 to 4 w/kg range. The ride leader will announce the workout before the ride. You can also view the workout ahead of time at zwift.danaweb.net
Todays Workout: 2 x 20 Minutes Sweet Spot Intervals (5 Min RI)
Warm Up
10' @ 2.5 w/kg
Main Set
2 x 20 Min @ 3.6 w/kg hard intervals (5' RI at 2.0 w/kg or less at the start of the RI, let everyone regroup)
Cool Down
Balance of time at 2.5 - 3.0 w/kg
