This event has the following requirements:
Women only.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
A 90-minute workout with build sets of intervals both below + above your FTP. As the intervals get shorter, the effort gets harder!
About the workout designer: Betty Designs' - Kristin Mayer
Kristin is the founder/designer of Betty Designs. She has no formal coaching credentials, but has raced over 100 triathlons and now participates in endurance gravel events. In this workout she shares her favorite long interval workout that she uses in peak training for endurance events. Her goal is to stay ahead of the age curve and gain watts on the bike, even over 50.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
