EVENT DESCRIPTION
Sunday morning Pretzel is a MGCC Zwift tradition for the winter season!
Join the group as we tackle Watopia's Pretzel.
Pace: We'll go at a steady pace on the flats, and hit the big climbs a
little harder. We'll do our best to regroup at the top of the climbs,
depending on the mood of the group. Steady aerobic on the flats (Yellow
beacon will do 3.0 - 3.5 W/kg) then on the hills we will increase the pace
to a bit above threshold (4.0-4.4 W/kg).
The groups may break-up on the climbs, but try to hang on to a wheel with
similar ability. This is not a race, but it is not an easy ride either. You
are encouraged to stay with the leader; don't count on a sweeper.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
