EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a social/Active Recovery ride for Foot Traffic athletes and friends to get together and spin the legs out. Active Recovery sessions are vital for flushing toxins from our muscles. It's a great chance to loosen up tight muscles, and add a few more TSS points to your weekly training volume. No doubt you have packed in some solid training over the past few days, so here's a chance to take a load off and just enjoy the ride.
We will try to keep everyone together by riding between 2.0-2.5w/kg throughout the ride. Feel free to go for Sprints or KOM's but just regroup straight after to keep things social.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
